Error With Facebook (Yet Another)

Ok so I have started using this script and so far am happy with it, however I am having a problem when trying to login to facebook. I have read all the other posts ect but can't seem to get it working

The error I get when trying to login is:

The requested resource could not be loaded. libcurl returned the error:
Protocol https not supported or disabled in libcurl
[Reload https://login.facebook.com/login.php?login_attempt=1

Help please? A mate of mine said it's something to do with the server I am hosting on not having SSL? Any and all help would be appreciated.

Yep, looks like https is disabled on your web hosting...
You could email/call your hosting company and ask them to enable https in libcurl.
I don't think there's a way to login to facebook without going through its secure area...

I don't think there's a way to login to facebook without going through its secure area...

You could go to the Mobile Version by going to m.facebook.com and hit trouble logging in, then you can log in via plaintext, then use the bottom links to switch to Touch site, then go to the bottom again and click Full Site.
