Plugins Plugins can make site-specific changes to the proxy's behavior and parsing mechanisms. You can use plugins to overcome limitations of the base proxy script.

One problem currently with the glype script is that it cannot process javascript well enough to allow every script on every site work, especially complicated scripts that are used to power mail programs such as GMail and Hotmail.

Hopefully, In future releases, fully working javascript processing will be integrated into the glype script which should allow javascript intensive sites like GMail to work.

The only current fix for now is to use mobile/html versions of the sites that do not fully work with glype.

I will look into making a plugin to redirect glype users to the HTML version of GMail and hotmail as a temporary fix.

HOTMAIL WEBMAIL "LITE":
Okay so in order to directly visit the mobile hotmail site, i entered the following URLs.

URL: http://bl112w.blu112.mail.live.com/m/folder.aspx (even without folder.aspx, it still redirects here)
or:
URL: http://bl112w.blu112.mail.live.com/m/

However I then discovered, mobile users have a home page, and that seemed to be:

HOTMAIL "MOBILE" HOMEPAGE:
Note: For some reason you will need to enable JavaScript... Although i have Glype setup to use internal JavaScript code etc...

SIGN IN:
Windows Live for mobile / http://explore.live.com/windows-live-mobile
After clicking "SIGN IN" it takes you to a long-long-long-LONG URL, and a fancy looking sign in page. If you remove all of thisand strip the URL down you are left with this:
URL: Sign In / http://login.live.com/login.srf

GMAIL WEBMAIL "LITE":
URL: https://mail.google.com/mail/?ui=html
or
URL: http://mail.google.com/mail/?ui=html

Both of these URL's work via Proxy.
